Bianca Marie Crawford

Bianca Marie Crawford is a woman of faith, vision, and divine purpose whose life and ministry testify to the redeeming power of God. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Bianca’s journey began in adversity, but through Christ, her story was rewritten into one of restoration, resilience, and calling. What the enemy meant for harm, God has used for healing, leadership, and generational transformation.
Answering the call on her life, Bianca was licensed into the ministry in June 2018 at New Fellowship Baptist Church and later ordained at Joy of Christ Community Church. Today, she faithfully serves alongside her husband, Pastor David J. Crawford Jr., as First Lady of Calvary Congregational Church. Her ministry is rooted in preaching the Gospel, cultivating healing spaces for women and families, and guiding people toward purpose-driven living through Christ.
Beyond the pulpit, First Lady Bianca is the Founder and Executive Director of Motivated and Empowered Inc., a ministry-driven nonprofit dedicated to uplifting youth, young mothers, and underserved families through mentorship, housing, education, behavioral health, and workforce development. Through God’s guidance, the organization now serves multiple school districts across Ohio and expanding cities nationwide, restoring hope and dignity to thousands of families each year.
Bianca is also the CEO of Purpose Consulting Firm, through which she has helped birth and strengthen hundreds of nonprofit and faith-based organizations. By God’s grace, she has secured over $6.5 million in funding to advance Kingdom-centered community impact and sustainable ministry development.
Her signature initiatives — A Home for Me, BloomNourish, and ME2 — reflect her heart for the vulnerable, her passion for justice, and her commitment to breaking cycles of trauma through Christ-centered care and empowerment.
A published author, speaker, and mentor, Bianca is known for her transparent testimony, prophetic voice, and unwavering obedience to God’s call. She combines theological conviction with lived experience, ministering to those navigating homelessness, trauma, motherhood, incarceration, and identity — declaring that no life is beyond redemption.
Bianca holds degrees in Justice Studies, Criminology, and Human Development & Family Services. She also serves on regional and state boards committed to child welfare, behavioral health, and youth justice reform, extending her ministry into systems that shape community outcomes.
Above all, Bianca is a devoted wife to Pastor David J. Crawford Jr. and a loving mother to David III, Aubrey, and Devin. Her life is anchored in worship, intercession, and service.
